Like I told @michaeljknowles: Medicaid fraud happens because the people signing you up for "free" stuff aren't the ones paying for it. Fix the incentives, fix the fraud.

JD Vance is being smeared for his statements on Israeli influence on the MAGA base, but he's merely describing true reports from Time Magazine. @michaeljknowles: "Can anyone disagree with the Vice President there? No."
