Thrilled to be finishing up week one as a tenure track Assistant Professor at @Northeastern in both the Department of Health Sciences and the @RouxInstitute. I still can't believe I get to live in my beautiful home state of Maine while also teaching and collaborating in Boston!

@babarlelephant Thank you for pointing this out. We are revising the preprint and will make it available again once the code will have gone through another step of peer review.

Unfortunately your t variable seems to be in days, not in number of serial intervals. Also downsampling the epidemic curve doesn't make sense. Rt was high in May, there is still a hope that it will decrease in the *general population* (informed and with contact tracing)
