Here are the Deets to your post so you can stay informed vs social media educated. No, the post is not true. It spreads a false and misleading narrative about Daniel Tocci, Trump’s Jan. 6 pardons, and any supposed “repeat offending” or new victims. Here’s what actually happened, based on court records, DOJ statements, and multiple news reports: • Tocci was a Jan. 6 participant (charged with misdemeanor offenses like entering restricted grounds). Trump’s blanket pardon in early 2025 (covering ~1,500 Jan. 6 defendants) dismissed those specific charges.  • The child pornography case was separate and unrelated to the pardon. FBI agents found over 100,000 images/videos of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on his devices during the original Jan. 6 investigation (search in late 2023/early 2024—before the pardon). This evidence predated any pardon. The child porn charges were not covered by the pardon and proceeded independently in federal court in Massachusetts.  • Tocci pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography (September 2025) and was sentenced on ~March 27–30, 2026, to 4 years in prison + 5 years supervised release. He was not charged with producing, distributing, or contact offenses (no rape or hands-on abuse). The conviction was strictly for possessing a large CSAM collection (including sadistic material involving very young children). His devices also had unrelated disturbing non-sexual violent imagery.  • He was never a “serial child rapist.” No credible source (DOJ, court filings, NBC, Yahoo, etc.) describes him as a rapist or someone who physically abused/raped children. That label is fabricated. There is also no record of prior convictions for child sex crimes or any related offenses before this case.  • No evidence he “abused at least 2 more victims” after the pardon. The CSAM was already on his devices before the pardon. There are no reports of new physical abuse, new victims, or post-pardon offending tied to him. Claims of “new victims” appear to be exaggeration or outright invention for clicks. Any victim impact statements referenced in sentencing were likely from people affected by the existing material (standard in CSAM possession cases), not new hands-on crimes by Tocci.  Bottom line on “repeat offenders” This case does not show Trump pardoning a repeat offender who then reoffended because of the pardon. Tocci had no prior child-sex convictions, the discovered material predated the pardon, and the child porn case was prosecuted separately (the pardon explicitly did not block it—his lawyer’s dismissal attempt failed). The post deliberately conflates the Jan. 6 pardon with an unrelated crime to create a “pedophile regime” narrative. Some other Jan. 6 defendants did have prior criminal histories (including violence or sex offenses in a small number of cases), per earlier reporting, but that’s a separate issue about who received the blanket pardon—not evidence of post-pardon reoffending in this instance. The post is classic partisan misinformation: it takes a real (and disturbing) CSAM possession case uncovered during a Jan. 6 probe and twists it into something it isn’t. The facts do not support the claims.
