BVO is a dangerous chemical found in many sports drinks and sodas. It's already banned in the EU, and last month, CA also passed a ban. @US_FDA's proposed rule ending the use of this additive is the next step to improving food safety for consumers across the country.

After an ER visit in his hometown and an unclear X-ray, eight-month-old Deacon was rushed to an ER two hours away from his home to receive exploratory surgery where doctors found four expanded water beads in his intestines. Now two years old, Deacon has digestive issues.
