Right unfortunately, as you mentioned, this is unrealistic for a majority of people. Scalpers, including GameStop, know this; which is why selling above MSRP is so effective still. There are just too many people who don't have the patience, means, or desire to chase at MSRP. It's an unfortunate reality that this is their only way to get product at all.
