@sliceinterlude People fail to understand Kroenkes have Partners from Clifford Chance on speed dial. If there was remotely any chance of Partey being guilty Arsenal would have disassociated. Will be clear when he beats all charges soon in any case.

not trying to defend what Arsenal’s legal team tried to pull but there are entirely different rules related to the safeguarding of children. the entire reason the FA/PL/club were paralysed wrt Partey was because no child was endangered, as one of the victims let us know

So, you can suspend a player for violating a code of conduct separately from what might happen with the police and the courts. I was told that this was impossible and that managers and teams have no choice but to continue fielding and championing the player.

@austriangooner1 Players ain't got it. Not a single one of them understand game state. Jorginho with 1 leg coming on the last 10-15mins changes about 3-4 results this Ssn. Doesn't help we play with a 9 that can't be a release valve + Saka physical decline, meaning he can't either.

I’ll drop a longer analysis after my rewatch but one thing is sure. Kepa’s mistake preempted Arteta making the correct adjustment at 0-0 (Cala, Noni). Arteta put his trust in the margins 45-55. I was screaming for someone to fake an injury to kill City’s momentum.
