Firstly, the Intelligence community authors concocted Intelligence making materially disprovable facts about unarmed foreign groups/power funding regime change in Uganda.
Note: They cannot show where the money is or which bank account it is held in. Still, they make their claim.

Nambooze raises delay in release of UNEB certificates
Mukono Municipality MP Betty Nambooze raised a matter of national importance on delays by UNEB in issuing certificates to learners who complete different levels of education.
She said many institutions abroad require certificates, not pass slips, and appealed to the Minister of Education to address the delays, which she said can keep students out of further study for more than a year.
