הגשתי היום שאילתה למשרד ראש הממשלה, בעקבות סתירות בדיווח על מצבו הבריאותי של נתניהו. יש לתת הבהרות מדוע המידע הוסתר בזמן אמת ואינו כולל התייחסות למצבו לאורך שנת 2025, בניגוד לנוהל הטיפול הרפואי ברה״מ. בשאילתה אני מעלה סימני שאלה גם לגבי עצמאותה של הוועדה הרפואית, שבראשה עומד ד״ר צביקה ברקוביץ׳, רופאו האישי ומקורבו של נתניהו. וכן דורשת לחשוף האם קוימה חובת ההתייעצות עם הלשכה המשפטית בהתאם לחוות הדעת של בג״צ (שבין היתר הייתי בין העותרות שלו). משנת 2023 אני מנהלת מאבק פרלמנטרי ומשפטי עיקש, הכולל שורת שאילתות ועתירה לבג"ץ, בניסיון לקבל מידע רפואי מהימן על כשירות נתניהו. לא יעלה על הדעת שלשכת ראש הממשלה תייצר מצג שווא של בריאות תקינה. בריאותו של ראש הממשלה היא סוגיה של ביטחון לאומי, והציבור זכאי לדעת את האמת.
