It’s a capital influx that will be used to make more rockets and get more payloads into orbit. If it WERE legal for Elon to dump his shares, the share price would crash basically instantly and the company could very well fail. If you bought SpaceX shares in the IPO, congrats. With a trillion dollars Elon Musk could... Feed the hungry for the next 40 years ensuring no one dies of starvation in that time. He could build 2,000 large hospitals, the USA only has 400. He could build 10 million homes, there are only 2m homeless in Europe AND N.America.
