@TheJoeySwoll 39 minutes is a complete waste of time if you just move around naturally during the day. People be doing this little bit of cardio then sitting on the sofa the rest of the day doing absolutely nothing. So no 39 minutes is not better than 0 minutes

@TheJoeySwoll It's not real cardio unless the session lasts at least 1/2 an hour. 30 minutes at 75% max heartrate, with a warm-up and a warm-down. The lady was doing it right.
