We aren’t winning 4 in a row against this team. All in all this was one hell of a season for the Flyers and I’m proud of the progress they’ve made. Unlike pathetic Pens fans I wish the Canes the best of luck in the ECF. Hope they finally breakthrough and make it to the Cup Finals

Your doctor has no guideline to deprescribe medications.
There is no standardized framework. No required curriculum. No competency assessment.
Not a single medical school in the country formally trains physicians how to safely reduce or eliminate chronic medications once started.
We train doctors to prescribe.
We do not train them to stop.
So medications accumulate.
Years go by.
Conditions change.
Drugs remain.
And no one is responsible for asking:
Does this patient still need this?

@SardarMandokhel Good question! I wear my mask and take precautions to protect others! Many people do not yet have the vaccine or can’t get it. I got the vaccine protect myself! The vaccine greatly reduces the risk of serious illness from Covid so now I will be protected from becoming very sick
