It seems incredible to say, but these craftsman actually do exist - and some of them are in your country! The US Navy was working on developing a railgun; a weapon accelerating payloads with only electromagnetic force. Eventually the US Navy cancelled the program because they did not anticipate building any ships that could generate the power the weapon would need. The US Navy continued developing the guided shells for the weapon for use in conventional cannons, but during this time Japan began its own railgun research in partnership with the United States; building off the technology already developed (link to a relevant article is attached below.) Then, earlier this year, President Trump announced plans to construct new battleships. They will be large ships with enough power generation to use these railgun weapons. The guided projectiles mean they can engage anti-ship cruise missiles (the US Army has already done this in testing with the gunpowder powered version of the guided shell from a howitzer) and the guided shells fired from a railgun will move fast enough to credibly intercept hypersonic weapons, including anti-ship ballistic missiles. This goes a very long way towards solving one big challenge of modern naval warfare; limited magazine depth and limited missile stocks. So, surprisingly, we can actually build new battleships, and it's because of cooperation with Japan that it's possible. nationaldefensemagazine.org/articles/2023/…

@davidharsanyi @megynkelly "Do what's right" like invading a country, destroying their infrastructure including schools, and killing their innocent women and children when they never posed a threat to us? This war is unforgivable and could not be further from America First.

In 2023 Gavin Newsom did what he called a "Red State" tour and visited Alabama, Florida and a few other red states. Newsom's wife said she brought her children to the red states so they could learn about racism, sexism, and bullying first hand.
