Honored that Anthropic pirates a copy of my book. Today years old when I learned of this reading the news. I've truly made it 😁 Yes, Die With Zero is in Library Genesis (LibGen), which was one of the primary pirated book repositories Anthropic downloaded. Key Details: 1. Repository Record: Die With Zero: Getting All You Can from Your Money and Your Life (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2020) is indexed in LibGen (libgen.rs / libgen.li, added April 2022) as well as Z-Library. 2. Lawsuit Coverage: In Bartz v. Anthropic, the court specifically focused on Anthropic’s downloading and local storage of books from LibGen and PiLiMi (covering ~500,000 certified titles). 3. Settlement Impact: Because Die With Zero was in the LibGen dump Anthropic scraped, it falls under the ~500,000 covered works in the $1.5 billion settlement—entitling rightsholders (author/publisher depending on contract) to the ~$3,000 to $3,350 per-work settlement payout.

When you start investing more than a small amount of money, the phrase "building a position" starts to actually mean something.
Timing the market is hard and buying a significant amount all at once isn't always the best approach.
Buying opportunities aren't always clear, so buying over time to build a position is a good way to start with a new investment.

Many diseases leave detectable signals before they showed up in a medical record. People flagged by a machine-learning model as having a disease-like biomarker pattern were much more likely to later receive that diagnosis.
In a related study, as few as 5-20 blood proteins improved prediction for dozens of diseases up to 10 years before diagnosis, far outperforming standard clinical information.

Lots of people asking about the shift to permanent daylight savings. The data clearly show locking to standard is best. For mental and physical health. That am sunlight is key, But if not, then locking to daylight savings second best. Shifting back-and-forth is the worst choice.
