@CardPurchaser @ToppsDigital @ToppsNFTs @opensea Sorry, last point - This impacts physical collectors in that this is the same company we all have to buy new products from now. E.g. you can expect similar customer experience when/if an issue pops up. They essentially took our cards away and haven’t said a peep in months.

@CardPurchaser @ToppsDigital @ToppsNFTs @opensea I think there is a very good legal case to be made, but we just Topps/Fanatics to do the right thing and fix it so nobody has to go there. It’s also in their best interest to do this as opposed to disclaiming a bunch of legal disputes when they try to file for an IPO. (2/2)

@benimcan @ToppsNFTs @ToppsDigital Good question - maybe that is what Topps (Fanatics) is worried about and why they have been so quiet. I would think it’s in their best interest to fix this mess so we can all be done with it, rather than have to disclose a bunch of legal disputes when they try to file for an IPO

@CardAficionado *Still, kind of amazing that between their choices of 1) addressing the problems I keep bringing up, 2) continue to ignore me, and 3) block me, that they chose option 3 because now they can’t pretend to not know about their Topps NFTs migration issues later..

I’m impressed they actually did something, but this is ridiculous.
I’d love to have the person running this account listen to what we’ve gone through and tell me anyone should be blocked.
They literally turned NFTs into Bunt after we notified them about a major problem with their smart contract.
And have said nothing of substance publicly about it.
