Fast forward Glencore bought Caltex, changed its name to Astron Energy, they resorted to import only models hence petrol is expensive in SA. Ramaphosa and Glencore are doing the same with BlackRock on Eskom By the time he leave office you will not afford anything, you will be buying through credit.
