@MOTF_NBA @statmuse Okc cast is good as well. Didn’t they go like 19-0 to start the season without all nba & all defense Jalen Williams? Cason Wallace even got votes for the all defensive team last year. The spurs have two rookies & a second year player as major rotation pieces.

@OblockTodd @statmuse I think Fox + castle is better than Chet + whoever . The spurs win percentage without Wemby is 2nd in the west this year. So yeah, I think the spurs cast is objectively very very good.

@MOTF_NBA @statmuse You realize shai has a reigning all nba player in the lineup with him & two guys from the all defensive team In his lineup don’t you. Along with Chet, hartenstein & a ton of shooters.

@taylormetrics I think I really agree with that actually. I think many role players do very very similar things. So it’s easy to measure together. Stars have a lot more agency and do vastly different things than each other. Luka vs Wemby. Steve Nash vs Kobe. Interested so hear more

@multiclr @tjay2x__ @pickasidepod I don’t think minus Jalen Williams that OKC has more talent. Fox and castle is stronger to me than Chet + anyone. And both have really good role guys after that. But fair if you think differently.

@OblockTodd @statmuse You realize that the fact that the spurs have impactful rookie contracts, plus their Wemby and castle on rookie deals… means they have MORE salary available for more expensive players. Plus it wasn’t a take, it was a fact.
