I’ve never seen a loss this disrupting! A controversial coach firing & these comments from your “leaders”! The trust that is being destroyed through an organization that has had success is difficult to watch. I feel for the Bills Fans.

Wow. #Bills owner Terry Pegula says the coaching staff pushed to draft WR Keon Coleman and that was never GM Brandon Beane's top choice in that situation. "That was Brandon being a team player. ... He's taken heat over it. I'm here to tell you the true story." Wowza. I've never seen anything like this before... Coleman is still on the roster BTW.

I’m in our clubhouse (locker room) and it’s dead silent. I have 5 players in here early. THIS is why next season I’m banning cell phones in the clubhouse. I honestly believe this is hurting our kids communication skills.

Being the program that has the most cuts of any program at the school is a tough job! Thank you to @creek_hoops & Coach Hartsfield for allowing me to talk to all of the players before teams are announced to give them “weapons” in order to continue their story.

@JacobPadilla_ Where are the adults? This should be the coach 1st, but parents close behind! The message they are sending their players is the bench is the most important thing to compete! Then we adults wonder why our kids get in a fight over a parking space! Adults, we can do better!

Inadvertently chose the loudest cart in the store. First instinct was to switch it, but made it an Everyday Mental Toughness Test. Lots of glances & some stares. Good practice! Felt like the kid w/ a playing card in the bicycle tire. “Mental toughness is perishable!”

Next, it’s vital we teach how to focus, how to listen & how to control our attitudes to be positive if that’s what we want. Many times we assume they know how to do this then we wonder why they aren’t doing it. Control the Controllables —Teaching “basic” skills provides clarity.

Enjoyed the opportunity to talk to some the Trails Rec camp instructors in order to give them tools in dealing with behavior of campers. Connecting with campers is key & that has instructors getting out of their comfort zone to work in their own mental toughness.

@fitzhealth73 It’s a weapon I arm parents with in my Parent Mental Toughness Enhancement Training. I call it “Take a Hike” as to avoid the “mob, pack, herd mentality”. At my daughters games, my wife calls it “Where’s Waldo?” as I’m Waldo being as far as I can from other parents.

Some think I am an a#$hole but for my peace of mind, 100% agree with this post. Amazed at the amount of bull💩 and comments people make and unfortunately at times this year, I fell into the trap of "GROUP THINK" & other's crap. Looking back, truly disappointed in myself
