Just wanted to say thank you to all those who happily moved on from the open spaces on the ward when asked to by us today. Its been a long sweaty day in the saddle for both of us today, helped immensely by our polite locals when all asked to leave.

We have been riding round the ward today, and although it is obviously a lot quieter, it seems that there are still a lot of unnecessary journeys being made, especially in vehicles. #stopthespread #StayIndoorsSaveLives

Officers will be out today enforcing a section 35 dispersal order for the whole of Newham and Waltham Forest, do yourselves a favour and just stay indoors as has been requested by the government.

When this is over, what say we all pitch in and buy health care workers, couriers, hauliers, farmers, millers, grocers, bakers, sewage workers, power workers, teachers, fire fighters and police officers a bottle of something?
