Safer Neighbourhood (SNT) officers were recently invited to Stepney Park Primary School, to give a talk/ answer lots of questions, as part of their Careers Assembly month. We spoke to students from both Years 3+4, as well as Years 5+6. Thank you for inviting us. @MPSTowerHam

Cycle patrols around the Ward today. Beautiful sunny weather. Not too many people out and about surprisingly. Covered 7.5 miles on the bike going down side streets and along main roads. Have a lovely day all. @MPSTowerHam

Local SNT officers have been out around the Ward over the last few days patrolling our parks, estates, as well as chatting with residents, students and some of the various estates' caretakers about local issues and concerns. @MPSTowerHam

@THHomes Policing Team executed a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant this morning in Stepney, E1 this morning Class A Drugs Seized Cannabis Seized Weapons Seized Cash Seized 1 x Male Arrested for PWITS Class A and many other offences @THH_ASBTEAM #NotOnOurEstates #OpSINTRA

Patrolling the Ward, doing welfare visits to vulnerable adults/ residents and trying to help rough sleepers. Also weapon sweeps carried out, patrols of underground car parks and checking for possible stolen vehicles. @MPSTowerHam

Foot patrol around the Ward. Have been talking with residents about local issues, doing weapon sweeps and spoken with some students too. Areas covered included, Smithy Street/ Redmans Road, Arbour Square/ Clichy Estate and Stepney Park. @MPSTowerHam

Out and about around the Ward on foot and in the minibus covering ASB areas including Smithy Street, Stepney Way and Colverson Park. Some males issued with Anti-Social Behaviour Warnings and moved on. @MPSTowerHam

Patrols done around Ward ASB hotspot areas. Recent weapons sweep carried out in Stepney Green Park and these two items found hidden in bushes. @MPSTowerHam

SNT have been out on foot patrols and in minibus around the Ward covering locations Arbour Square, Jubilee Street and Stepney Green Park. Weapon sweeps, checking stairwells and other ASB hotspot areas have also been visited, with some groups spoken to/ moved on. @MPSTowerHam

Busy time on the Ward doing Anti Social Behaviour patrols in known hotspot locations, issuing a few ASB Warnings and doing some joint patrols/ arresting individuals with colleagues in neighbouring wards. @MPSTowerHam

Patrolling around the Ward doing weapon sweeps, checking blocks/ stairwells and ASB hotspot areas. Spoke with students, residents and shopkeepers. We were also joined on patrol by Superintendent Port, who is responsible for Safer Neighbourhood Teams. @MPSTowerHam

Once again patrolling the Ward and most of our estates and parks. Weapon/ drug sweeps done in a few locations. Also spoke with a few local groups, as well as moving on two individuals almost up to no good, then they saw me... @MPSTowerHam

Evening patrols around the Ward, checking blocks, car parks and a few of our estates. Spoke with some residents while out, some going to the mosque, as well as patrolling Parkguard officers. @MPSTowerHam

Out on the Ward doing a few reassurance visits, weapon sweeps and Anti Social Behaviour foot patrols of some of our estates and block stairwells. Locations covered included Sidney Street/ Square, Aylward Street, Stepney Green Park, Cressy Place and Jubilee Street. @MPSTowerHam

Officers from @MPSStepneyGreen found a knife in Beaumont Square Gardens whilst conducting a weapons sweep. We also seized a number of nitrous oxide cannisters. @MPSTowerHam

Busy few days for SNT officers. We have been patrolling the Ward, doing reassurance visits to victims of crime and chatting with residents about local issues. Also, we've been covering cordons for a recent serious fire incident (not on our Ward). @MPSTowerHam

SNT officers have been out on the Ward patrolling parks, blocks/ stairwells, doing weapon sweeps and dealing with individuals causing Anti Social Behaviour. Following a recent stop of a group of males, a quantity of cannabis was found and seized. @MPSTowerHam
