Not at all surprised their is no on disc version and is a code in a box. This prevents any leaks from happening cause let’s be real some GTA fans are crazy enough to break into disc manufacturing facilities and retailers to steal discs. Rockstar hates, hates, hates leaks.

Looks like Take Two decided not to abuse their customer and is charging the established base price for any triple A game nowadays. If there was a game that had the ability to push prices with minimal backlash it was GTA 6 but they didn't. Now if GTA 6 cost $80 base, then companies need to rethink when they want to charge you the same price for garbage.

IMO the entire Gaming industry needs a Reset • 5-8 year dev cycles aren’t working • Too many Games being made for an audience that don’t exist • Too many GAAS • Stop Trend Chasing • Over reliance on Open World • Make the Games people actually want • $80 Games won’t work

I get it is different when you don't earn wages in USD but I would not call $300 a year insanely expensive. Sometimes it feels like the Blender cult just don't even do a bare minimum research.
