Mariners fans cheered when George Springer got hit in the knee in Game 5 and had to come out of the game. The fact that Springer hits the homer that keeps the Mariners from their 1st World Series makes it that much better.

Murray St. making it to Omaha is one of the best stories in college sports. This is their stadium it holds 800 people. Their head coach Dan Skirka literally cuts the grass.

@jeffamanning Take the weight issue away. Is there something more there medically that isn’t yet known that isn’t very promising for the future? Regardless, the return doesn’t make any sense. Why not shop him for a better return?! There has to be more to it.
