@EtihadHelp i canceled my booking on business class for 2 passengers on Aug 22nd. I received a refund for 1 ticket on Aug 30th and not yet for the 2nd ticket!! Is this normal? I called the call center multiple times but these calls were useless with different excuses and they did not make any sense!!
