@MSFTAdsSupport Top support needed. I just passed the Retail Exam on 1-27-26. I did not get my badge. This will be my second badge that has gotten "stuck" and not served to Credly when I passed the exam. It took 1.5 months for me to finally get my Search badge. Can you help???

@MSFTAdsSupport My Microsoft Advertising manager account got suspended before I ran any ads. I only submitted verification docs (domain + company). AIV shows "Pending" but I can't access the AIV page (no button/menu). Please enable AIV or send the direct AIV/appeal link. Thanks.
