CCTV captured the shocking moment a parking dispute over a shared driveway in London escalated out of control. 56-year-old Faizal Nobeebox was filmed violently smashing up his neighbour’s parking bollards with a hammer while hurling racially aggravated abuse and making threats to the victim’s family. Nobeebox pleaded guilty to criminal damage and racially aggravated disorderly behaviour. He was handed a £367 fine and ordered to pay £400 in compensation at Romford Magistrates’ Court. Faizal Nobeebox launched into a ‘racist tirade’ at his neighbour, all caught on CCTV. He was later arrested and appeared in court, where he received a community order.

@Al_Faris11 @TheNorfolkLion Cars have been passing through since it was built in 1932. I can categorically state it is a shared driveway to access the garages you can plainly see in the photograph. I live around the corner.

@Al_Faris11 @TheNorfolkLion No, for vehicular access to the garages at the rear you see in the photo We are also aware of "wooden walls" commonly referred to as "fences". You also can't build a fence down the middle of that shared drive.

@MSKX64 @TheNorfolkLion So it's designated for walking, and the barrier the neighbor put up doesn't affect its use. In America, Canada, and Australia, they use wooden walls to separate properties.

@WAWPickle @TheNorfolkLion @MOXYDON Essex untill 1965. Received it's own postcode in 1967. My parents' and grandparents' generation hung on to the Essex thing as it was part of their address since 1932 when Clayhall estate was mainly built.

@wokenotagit @UB1UB2 Read the Court report. Offender now lives in Woolwich. You could take a 462 bus past it to look for yourself, 80/82 Longwood Gardens. Road currently closed for water main repairs though.

@truthfullybe @TheNorfolkLion I don't think he got a community order, Court report suggests a fine. His actions were undeniably wrong, but are not comparable to racially aggravated incitement to harm others. The shared driveway is currently without obstruction and the offender lives elsewhere.

@TheNorfolkLion He got a community order but if tha was a white guy he’d of got 5 yrs no stretch , Lucy Got 31 months for saying she didn’t want to pay tax to pay for illegal hotels . Go figure
