Our Director of Credit, Lee Merrifield, is the latest speaker announced for South Coast Conference 2024! Lee is a seasoned chartered banker, with an impressive 28-year career at a leading High Street Bank before bringing his expertise to MSP Capital in 2017. Now entering his 35th year in property and finance, Lee has seen several property cycles and understands the demand currently on property developers.
