5x output. After 4 days in SoloTerm. Lead Claude agent owns the plan, spawns sub-agents using Claude/Codex to research, write docs, build in parallel. Shared scratchpads, one to-do list, lead sleeps until workers report back. And it reads my dev server, test runner, and console output live. No more copy-pasting errors. Agents just pull what they need from the running terminals.

@CoenHees @codyplof @binghott @InstantHQ Now the hassle of the CLI and previews are a non issue. Every pull request automatically generates an unpublished theme for preview. Merge it and it goes live.

@codyplof @binghott I would just use @InstantHQ , Claude is baked into the product and it publishes all natively to Shopify saves the hassle of cli / previews and our mcp is coming soon too

Is it me or is Replo's AI page builder unusable? (seriously, am I missing something?) On the other hand, Claude is very good at building custom code components quickly and it's very easy to toss them into existing Replo pages.

Switched over to @aarondfrancis's soloterm.com today and the meta harness idea is breaking my brain (in a good way). It doesn't replace Claude Code (or your harness of choice), it sits above it. One primary agent can spawns other agents, run commands, reads logs, write to-dos and scratchpads for all agents, and wake itself up when the workers finish. No more multiple terminals with split panels scattered on my desktop.

@ChereneAubert It could also be OpenClaw. I wouldn’t be surprised by degradation now that OpenAI owns the team.

@ChereneAubert @codyplof Well that’s not good! Any reason why you’re not using 4.7? Also for questions like that I add on prompts for it to research, look it up or “assume your knowledge isn’t up to date”

@Moore Have been using openclaw with opus 4.6 for all use cases and just noticing performance degrade as it relates to complex skills. Thought it was just me but then sonnet called @codyplof a woman: x.com/chereneaubert/…

puuuumped. though as far as i can tell, there's no way to leave it on. it basically turns off after every turn. at least in claude code desktop.

Been some of the most fun work of my career lately. Excited to share more - but feels like everything is new and fun again. Playing with everything everywhere at all once - claude, gpt, higgsfield, seeddance, lovable, kling, elevenlabs, whatever it takes to get the result.

Building with it! For the last few weeks I have been playing with the Shopify UCP + Storefront MCP/API to put together a prototype of a combined cart drawer and chat experience. It all works beautifully.

I've designed it to be fast. Most MCP calls return in ~200-700ms from Shopify. The trick is to start streaming in initial responses from Haiku first, then make the catalog call. I have a second layer that narrows down the responses from Shopify before it goes back to the customer with the product card <
