After nearly 7 years leading design, engineering, and DTC strategy at Kosas, that chapter is coming to a close. Grateful for the people and everything we built. Next month I join a new team working on the next major shift in commerce. Can’t wait to share more!

Huge personal news ❤️ 9,061 One Pagers later, @OnePageLove was acquired by Some Studio, led by @PietTerheyden Piet is a prolific builder with a fantastic track record in website curation, so I couldn't be more stoked knowing OPL is in careful hands. He spent years building @minimal_gallery before its acquisition and today continues to run the beautiful design publication, @minimalissimo I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of the One Page Love journey over the years. Who would've thought this little niche gallery I started back in 2008 would take me around the world, open so many doors, and lead to countless conversations that turned strangers into lifelong friends. As for me, it's time for a brand new adventure, and I can't wait to share it with you soon...

@denisyurchak @JohnONolan Not even close. And that gets you a high deductible, out $10k+ if you have a trip to the hospital bill before insurance kicks in.

The worst part of being a founder in Europe is not the income tax, but the social security Here is what I'm paying as a solo founder of 2 products in Austria: - Pension: €847.92 - Health: €311.67 - Health for wife: €155.83 - Obligatory insurance: €70.12 - Accident: €12.95 Total: €1,398.49/month (~30.5% of my base income) Imagine how much better I would be If I could invest €847/mo in SP500, and not give it to the Austrian pension system (99% i'll never use it) 😢

@simoncorry 👀 Right now I’ve been using Solo Term to spawn a Claude and codex agent with no build memory for challenge reviews. Then the orchestrator waits until both are done and then resolves issues. Maybe most of the advantage is it being a new context with a minimal prompt

I used to think having models compete against each other was a good practice than I realized it’s more like employing contractors. Instead I built the “Grader” which is a second agent with no memory of the build. It gets the claim, the changed files, and one job: prove this doesn't meet the bar. So the grading agent goes in blind and with nothing to defend.

Been reading a lot of community articles on harness engineering lately. Updated the build process I created (Foundry). notably plans now have to sketch the code out before it's written. github.com/simoncorry/fou…

@gilgNYC @seempaq Imagine a family of 5 where most retail shopping is 30 minutes away. We’ll get 2-6 some days.

@seempaq How so? I think it’s normal at least in nyc to get 2-6 Amazon orders per week. I use them for anything I wouldn’t buy on Shop.

Major cheat code for life: Always assume things will work out, then do the work to make it true. It’s a mindset of active optimism. Earned faith. It creates a quiet confidence that allows you to tolerate the uncertainty of life better than anything else.

@ChereneAubert It did do wonders for cutting back about 50% of the daily cold calls and emails from various dtc vendors.

am going to miss these. these "Action Method" products were first designed and launched in 2006 as a way to bootstrap @Behance in the early days, and then they became a passion project with the belief that better designed products for productivity make us more productive.
