If divorce was easier in India, many people would still be alive!

"Papa se naak ragadva ke maafi mangwana chahta hai" This nightmare ended in the most tragic way possible - with the death of Twisha Sharma, a young woman from Noida who had married into a powerful Bhopal family just five months ago. Now, even as their daughter’s body lies in the morgue, her family is fighting tooth and nail for justice.

"The entire system is pitted against us. Attempt being made to cover up," say the parents of Twisha Sharma, who died at her in-laws’ home in Bhopal. Twisha’s mother-in-law, Giribala - a retired judge who served in Bhopal and is now an accused in the case - has sparked serious concerns over impartiality. Giribala's anticipatory bail sailed through the court, Twisha's parents allege. "There is mismatch in the PM report and actual findings," they added. The grieving parents are demanding that the investigation be immediately transferred to Delhi or any other independent jurisdiction to ensure a fair probe.
