@RonitaMcAfee My go-to for assessing them is biography & debates. And you’d be surprised how many down ballot candidates have debates that are hosted by organizations.
ADOS AF has done that in the past & I need to talk to my executive team about whether we can do more of it.

Plus with the Texas-Mexico border there very much are Black Mexicans who celebrate Juneteenth (I remember this being mentioned before on here). So not only is not everyone from Texas, but not everyone is reading enough to police Juneteenth as a holiday 😭
