Yeah I'd say Winters is the safest bet here. Underperformed the last couple games in poor matchups. Don't really love to see that. But this week doesn't look so bleak as far as matchups go. If I'm rolling one of them out and am looking for floor play from this roster spot, winters is the guy.
CJGJ would be the choice if you need a shot at upside, but the floor is pretty brittle for him if he doesn't achieve that upside performance

Eek I would almost rather see what's on the wire here. But 'gun to my head' decision I'd say Winters has the best shot at a solid performance. TEN giving up 20 tkls per game to LB's over the last 3 weeks.
CJGJ has been pretty reliant on big plays and this matchup vs CLE has not lent well to DB production of any kind lately.
Shaq also a shaky start with news of Bernard's potential return to the field. Leaving Shaq to a rotational role at best if Bernard is a go.
