The Interest Rate Models on AAVE need to change. Crazy that 100% utilization only yields 14% with all the risks. Optimal usage, 92%, at 4% APY is crazy low even. The risk reward is all wrong.

A $10k one time deposit, at current rates: Year 1: $11,687 Year 5: $21,819 Year 10: $47,603 Year 20: $226,717 For context, a savings account turns that same $10k into ~$22k over 20 years. Rates change of course. 20 years is a long time too. But it’s not about the numbers it’s about opportunities. And there’s no safer option in Solana DeFi than Kamino.
