@thvlyt It’s a struggle. I grew up in a red family in a red state then I left and learned about the life experiences of other people that didn’t look like me or come from where I came from and by golly I learned more empathy. I try to remember that in many cases, it’s a lack of exposure.

@daralynn13 Maybe this is down to men not developing emotional intelligence/self awareness vs. women, so while they might struggle to be alone (bc maybe they don’t like themselves), women are fine alone because we’re encouraged to like ourselves in the event men don’t choose us.
