Before I joined the Avalanche Foundation, I could already see what made it different.
Not a typical foundation, but one with a treasury to steward, assets to deploy, and a mandate to advance the ecosystem's long-term economic sustainability. That combination made the role compelling.
For any organisation with a serious mission, strategy and operating model are two sides of the same coin. Most treat them as separate questions. They are not.
That gap is where purpose and reality drift apart.
