I know it’s 2026 and women are supposed to do what ever they want but the gym outfits are out of control. Some of these women literally wearing a bra and 3 inch compression shorts. It’s over revealing and it’s not dignified. And it’s honestly not even that attractive compared to tasteful cleavage. It feels like an over share that nobody asked for and it also normalizes a culture of immodesty. Leave it behind.

How to ruin one of my favourite races, run it backwards putting the start in a compressed area. Bristol just felt stressed without the atmosphere, closed one crossing point making less able walk back to get around.

I'd argue that been over weight is a significantly higher risk...... Excess weight typically puts someone into overweight or obese BMI categories (depending on height), and it drives major risks: Type 2 diabetes — Nearly 9 in 10 cases link to overweight/obesity. Heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke — Extra weight strains the heart and vessels. Certain cancers, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis (joint wear), fatty liver, kidney issues. Higher all-cause mortality — Risks rise with more weight and longer duration.
