Top 4 at my Skirmish today (24 players) Lost to a Midrange Draven twice who came from another city for the Skirmish. He was very good and the matchup can be very difficult with the right draws from them. This tournament was more stacked than usual. Matchups below this.

@DeeAncer As a modern Luke enjoyer I love baiting people into DI while I'm burnt out in the corner. Easy super for the win.

So i get hit by DI in burnout in an online tournament and chat is like "hes modern and he cant react with super". Sure it can happen sometimes but half the time its a strategic choice not to waste super meter. They try to depict modern players as being dumber than patrick. Idk.

Learning Modern is coming along... harder than I thought. Had to mod my hitbox. The amount of learning I had to do this year has been eye opening. We have to be geared to want to learn in the fgc in the long term because new games, updates and meta are always around the corner.

All I see from here to 2000MR is an ocean of Ken, Luke and JP. Still grinding but I'm hoping AKI can fight these abominations better than deejay. Feels bad when they can cancel all of their medium range normals but I can't. Deejay hits hard but his cancellable normals are so so.
