This is a serious issue in projects. A 2,3,4, or 5 years project, but the contractor or subcontractors gives employees 3,4,5 or 6 months contracts. Even the labour unions totally failed to address this issue in lots of projects. I appreciate Mr Nekundi. When government officials visit sites, they must also get a chance to engage workers on the ground.
