@TinashePeter_ Hate is a wasted emotion. When you hate, you allow someone else to rent space in your head. The hate for another allows them to control you. I have so many positive aspects in my life that hate has no place in my heart or soul.

Hate is a LEARNED behavior, How do I know? Because 10 years ago, most of the world was indifferent about Donald Trump, And 10 months ago, most of the world didn't even know Erika Kirk existed...

@Steezehuman Very different set of rules, when renting the landlord my look at your credit history only. With a mortgage- they review income stability, credit history, Ability to repay the debt, collateral, Loan to Value, Assets for closing, etc.

The bank says I can’t afford a $1,400 mortgage… but I’m out here paying $2,200 in rent instead. Make it make sense 😓

@marcuslemonis I do, I also think that school taxes assessed on my property should stop once my child graduates high school. I have no issue paying my township taxes which helps pay for police, road repairs, etc. School taxes should end when the home owner no longer uses that service

@stelzner_n1150 If values drop by 40%, we will have another mortgage meltdown on our hands. Very similar to 2008. What we need is developers to build more starter homes - we need mortgage rates to drop to 5%. We need a tax deduction for first time home buyers. That will help

Matt, Erica went from a bling Miss Arizona to being a conservative Christian housewife... All good... But what seems to have crossed the line for so many was when she came out in bling, horrid thick false eyelashes...etc at TPUSA... If she'd have stayed the conservative Christian woman who just lost her husband... That's what I've observed in what people are saying...
