Makes you wonder who has scored the most goals in a single season,You won’t believe it’s a Jose Mourinho team
And that’s what makes it crazy, because when you hear Mourinho, the first thing that comes to your head is control, discipline, being hard to break down… not all-out attacking football.
But that Real Madrid side in 2011/12 was different. They didn’t just win games, they were blowing teams away every week. Counter attacks were deadly, transitions were sharp, and once they smelled blood, it was over.
You had Cristiano Ronaldo at his absolute peak, just scoring for fun. Then Karim Benzema linking everything, Mesut Özil creating chances like it was nothing, Ángel Di María stretching teams… everything just clicked.
They ended that season with 121 goals in the league. One hundred and twenty one. That’s not normal.
So yeah, Mourinho being the one behind one of the most explosive attacking seasons ever… that’s why football will always surprise you.

For those who do not know what the Vertu Trophy is, it is the EFL Trophy, a knockout cup competition for clubs in League One and League Two. It does not generate the headlines of the FA Cup or the Carabao Cup. It does not need to. For the clubs and the players involved, Wembley is Wembley regardless of the competition that takes you there.

we just hit 10K subscribers on youtube. and i’m confused.
everyone says it’s hard to grow on youtube. and i 100% agree.
but over the past 23 days I’ve seen my channel grow from 994 subscribers to 10,500+ right now. and it’s all because of this one video.
what did i do right in this one? i can’t point to one thing.
but this has completely shattered a wall i had in my mind. i’d seen numbers and growth like this on TikTok, IG and the rest…but never on youtube.
until now.
i think it was @manifestive that said that the song that’s a banger and has a billion streams today was still a banger when no one had heard it.

Ghanaian actor, comedian, and TV presenter Akrobeto has shared a personal story about his son, who was not academically gifted and struggled in school. He revealed that his son wrote remedial exams three times but was unable to gain admission into university.
After asking him what he wanted to do in life, his son expressed interest in becoming a phone repairer. Akrobeto said he supported the decision without hesitation and enrolled him in training to learn the trade. This is a bold step, but this is not the first time she’s been on the touchline in a men’s game.
Just so you know, she has been the assistant manager of Union Berlin, since 2023, also the first in history of Bundesliga and Champions league.
In fact, there was a time the head coach served a 3-match ban, she was on the touchline for those 3 games.
It’s just 5 games left in the Bundesliga, and she’ll be interim. Deep down, I want her to perform so they can appoint her permanently.
As a footballer, she won the UEFA Women’s Champions League and 3 Women Bundesliga titles. She knows the game and earned it.

I know he’s 6 assists behind Bruno, but he’s the most creative player in the league, in a way a Bruno can’t be.
Because creativity isn’t just numbers alone, it’s type of chances you create.
Bruno Fernandes is a volume creator. He plays early, he plays often, he forces situations. A lot of his creativity comes from repetition crosses, through balls, set-pieces, constant risk-taking. That’s why the assist numbers are always high. It’s pressure over time.
But Rayan Cherki is a different kind of creator entirely.
He creates chances that aren’t supposed to exist.
It’s the weight of pass when there’s no angle. The disguised slip when defenders think the play is dead. The ability to draw three players in, freeze them, and then release the ball at the exact last second. That’s not volume creativity, that’s imagination-based creativity.
Bruno sees passes early. Cherki sees them late….. when no one else can.
And that’s the difference. Because when you defend Bruno, you’re preparing for patterns….runs in behind, early crosses, quick through balls
When you defend Cherki, there is no pattern. He can stand still for two seconds and still break your entire shape with one touch.
Also, Cherki’s creativity is tied to his 1v1 threat. That’s what makes it more dangerous. He doesn’t need movement around him to create he can generate the advantage himself. Beat a man, attract another, then create. Bruno depends more on structure, Cherki is the structure.
So even if the stats say Bruno is ahead, the reality is… Bruno creates more chances. Cherki creates harder chances,Bruno relies on repetition, Cherki relies on invention
And when you talk about pure creativity, that’s where Cherki sits in a space Bruno simply doesn’t operate in.
