Thanks Benny! Highlights include: CLI app, new UMI error-correction algorithm to handle high UMI diversity (24x speedup), new sparse matrix objects for memory efficiency (2x saving), and new testing suite! 🚀

Can now run the whole pipeline using a single command. Much faster and more memory efficeint.
