@MW_Sovereign Absolute shambles of a housing association!!!! Someone gets allocated a property after being on the list for months only for an administrative cock up to happen and be told they don’t have a house after all!!!!!!
@MW_Sovereign I am disgusted with the way I have been treated by Sovereign - I was told on Tuesday evening I cannot use my bath or shower as the pump is unfit for purpose - I am still waiting - in this day and age you should be able to bath in your own house!
@MW_Sovereign bed is damp and covered in mould also....my parents are disabled and nobody at sovereign seems to care I hope you can change this and show sovereign do care about its homes and people renting them.

Unacceptable increase of rent and Service Charge by Housing Association @sovereignha during a cost of living crisis with no explanation. This is as well as an unexpected one off (?) charge of £150 for Ground Rent (after 5 years living here). Emails & concerns ignored. Exhausted.

@MW_Sovereign As part of the board for sovereign I just wondered if you knew how awful they treat their residents? In your opinion is it acceptable to wait 6 days for hot water and heating with a disables child in the property?
@sovereignha have we managed to find the EWS1 form that residents in flats that have cladding need in order to sell their flats? 6 months and no response. Are you telling potential buyers about this when they are looking to buy @MW_Sovereign? @RobertSyms are you willing to help?
