Words cannot explain how poor the service is at @ScottishPower. I’ve moved house and want to set up an account. It seems it’s not possible, but I’m using the electricity! 7 hours to call me back and then 30 minutes of pop music. Everyone has gone home it seems 👏👏👏

Something I rarely do and certainly not on social media but I’m posting a painting by my daughter. It’s a L6 A level acrylic painting, about 6 x 4ins. I loved art at school but was never this good. It’s her version of a landscape by Anglin Smith. #art #artist #artistsontwitter
