Celebrating a big 1st birthday for my assistant and best friend Tucker today. Having him on campus daily has completed changed things for the better, and I’m very fortunate to be able to do so. He’s ready to finish the @FAUSoftball season strong. @DogsOfTurf

Opening weekend for @FAUSoftball is complete after a quick 17 game tournament. Below freezing temps and unexpected rain made for an interesting week, but we pushed through. Many thanks to the crew for their work, we will do it again with 6 teams here next weekend

Excited to add a new event to our stadium this summer hosting Curaçao for @FIFAWorldCup training. It will definitely make things interesting balancing spring football and then transitioning into football season come end of summer. A great opportunity for our staff

🌊 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮 This summer, Curaçao will have its @fifaworldcup Base Camp in Boca Raton, Florida. The team will stay and train there throughout the entire tournament, preparing for their World Cup matches. Training sessions will take place at Florida Atlantic University’s Stadium. Boca Raton is a premier training destination, known for its warm climate and elite sports infrastructure. The natural grass pitch, Bermuda Celebration grass, has hosted multiple national team and club matches. See you this summer, Boca Raton. ⚽️☀️ #TheBlueWave #Curaçao

Field is set for tomorrow’s @BocaBowl on campus here with Louisville and Toledo. A lot of work to get us here after 3 home FAU games in November. We will finish up the year with Orange Bowl practice in the stadium next week followed by the Battle of the Bands, and then some rest
