Today marks six years since the murder of George Floyd. He should still be alive today. We mourn George Floyd, we honor his memory, and we continue to work towards a better future where no one has to fear violence at the hands of law enforcement.

Gun violence is the number one cause of death among young people. A 16 year old has died because of guns. Instead of spending Memorial Day weekend together, his family will be mourning his loss. It’s past time for gun control. kstp.com/kstp-news/top-…

The Minnesota Young DFL has signed on to this open letter calling for Latonya Reeves to resign from her Party positions. We respect Latonya Reeves’ right to run for office, but she must do so in accordance to the DFL’s Constitution, or face consequences.
