@zeptocares Zepto is a fraud and frauds never look into anything for correction . They commit the fraud , run and later deny it because they know #India legal system has many loopholes and every scammer utilise it. It a shame on our systems that we don't have anything to stop such scams.

I raised the complaint with @fssaiindia and @ZeptoNow a fraud company replied this. They denied that they delivered these products. So be careful while ordering from zepto . They will deliver fake, expired and rotten products and deny any claim for return or refund. #BycottZepto

This is how @ZeptoNow is running the scam. Anyone can see the condition of product but they are claiming it was dispatched in good condition . So delivery person replaced the product during transit. Zepto is struggling to maintain the profitability hence running such frauds.

@aadit_palicha, are you aware of the scam by @ZeptoNow? Have a look and decide about the quality of the product delivered by you. Your support team said everything was dispatched good and I provided the OTP. OTP means delivery of goods, not quality check. Zepto should be ashamed.

@eatsure is running an OTP fraud. The rider marked the order as delivered without OTP. Be aware before making any order, especially any big order. It will risk and spoil your food need and will add frustration. They have zero support and bot support is pathetic.

@ZeptoNow is a real fraud and running a scam. They are keeping the OTP for delivery confirmation but misusing it to deny the quality issue. How customer can check quality of product at gate. They are discovering new frauds every day. Ealier I caught similar fraud from @Flipkart

How @fssaiindia certification is being exploited can be seen in an order delivered by Zepto. The products have an FSSAI indicator but the quality is bad. Such practices are very common due to root-level corruption and negligence by government departments. @jagograhakjago

They charged 6 INR for handling charges but delivered a damaged, leaked product. How did they handle it? 20 INR is cashback that is meaningful for a successful order, but my order was returned, so this cashback is invalid. But @bigbasket_com is not ready to refund. @harimenon_bb

@bigbasket_com is a thief. They are running a cashback scam. They stole my money that I paid through card when I returned a damaged product. Be aware of this . @jagograhakjago @TataCompanies

This picture is a fraud. If you need to return the product, @bigbasket_com will force you to keep ₹20 in your wallet only while the order is cancelled and this cashback is also nullified. But they will refund to the original source after retaining ₹20.
