الشباب الي بتشتغل ريموت من مصر، هل فيه اي نصايح ل set up كويس لو عاوز اشتغل فترة أسبوعين؟ المشكلة الأكبر هي الأنترنت علشان حاولت السنة اللي فاتت و فشلت تماما.

“إزاي تبقى الشخصية اللي الشركات و الفرق القوية تتمنّى تعيّنها؟ الشركات مش بتدور على حد خارق. هي بتدور على بني آدم ينفع نشتغل معاه. يعني إيه؟ في حد عنده self-awareness عارف هو بيشتغل إزاي، إمتى بيركّز، وإزاي يطلب مساعدة حد بيعرف يتعامل باحترام حتى تحت الضغط الاحترام مش رفاهية، ده بنية أساسية للشغل الجماعي و للاسف الموضوع ده بقى مرعب و الناس معندهاش حد ادنى من اللباقة و الذوق او الsocial intelligence حد بيكبر نفسه، بس مش على حساب التيم بيدوّر على learning، مش spotlight حد مش بي panic من أول مشكلة يعرف يفصل بين الزعيق اللي في دماغه، واللي فعلاً محتاج يتحل أنا عيّنت ناس كانت مهارتهم لسه في أول الطريق، بس شخصيتهم كانت solid، وبيتعلّموا بسرعة، وبقوا من أهم الناس في الفريق و كبرنا مع بعض كشركة و كأفراد و فيه ناس كانوا واخدين الشغل for granted او عندهم مشاكل ego و استحقاقية مش عايزين يسمعوا feedback و بييدوا بواقي مجهود و وقت كانه بيتفضل عليك و في فئة اللي عندهم عدوانية و قلة ذوق و بيتعامل باستعلاء مع الفريق و يجي يدي وش كيوت للCEO و دول مش بيعمروا بس بيكونوا مؤذيين جدا من تحت لتحت الbottom line اعمل ايه عشان اكون حد كويس و مرغوب فيه - Self awareness و ممكن نتكلم عنه في بوست لوحده - الstudent mentality انت دايما بتتعلم حاجة جديدة و اوعى تفتكر انك وصلت و انك مقفل الgame لان دايما في اللي اعلم و اذكى و اشطر و اسرع بس يمكن انت مش شايفهم
