Unfortunately, I’m not ‘aware’ my case is with the high court bailiffs.. because you’ve not sent me an proof of it, proof you promised me on November 6th.. another promise not fulfilled… I only your word for it, which, with all due respect is worthless, Still out of pocket!!

@AShopland Morning Adrian! Hope you're well. As you are aware, your case is in the hands of the High Court Bailiffs. We never made any promises, we can only follow the protocol and laws. Alot of the request you've made to us, have not been lawful.

Definitely the most satisfying part of what we do! Calling clients to tell them we've collected their money! Here is a cut down version of a conversation with a client we collected for today. Client sent us a couple of debts on Monday evening. We started work Tuesday, debtor agreed to pay yesterday, payment was received this morning.

FACE TO FACE COLLECTIONS WORK! Visited a debtor yesterday who has been very difficult for sometime. Payment was due in November. multiple promises of payment. Debtor put in writing in February that he would pay. We took over the case about 3 weeks ago after another recovery company and solicitor failed. Debtor promised payment Friday, never happened. Yesterday I turned up to his office, demanded payment and like clock work. He paid. Debtor's like to hide behind emails and letters! However, they don't enjoy people turning up unannounced at their business. #debtcollection #enforcement #nonsense #getpaid
