BREAKING from @Jerusalem_Post: A Palestinian man from Gaza has formally demanded that the International Criminal Court investigate 14 Hamas leaders for crimes committed against Palestinians. The man lost his wife, children, and other family members during the war in Gaza. He argues that if Hamas had not committed war crimes against Palestinians, particularly the crime of using civilians as human shields, his family and countless other Gazans would still be alive. War crimes and crimes against humanity listed in the submission include using civilians as human shields, attacking civilians, causing great suffering, destruction of property, excessive incidental death, injury, or damage, conscripting children, murder, extermination, torture, persecution, and more. The Hamas leaders named in the submission are Izz al-Din al-Haddad, Khaled Mashaal, Mahmoud al-Zahar, Mohammed Odeh, Muhannad Rajab, Khalil al-Hayya, Mousa Abu Marzook, Ghazi Hamad, Izzat al-Rishq, Fathi Hamad, Nizar Awadallah, Husam Badran, Zaher Jabarin, and Basem Naim. For decades, innocent Palestinians have paid the price for Hamas's genocidal war against Israel. They deserve justice. The submission was filed on behalf of the Gazan man by American attorneys @ElliotMalin and Eli Rosenbaum and French attorney @sarah_scialom.

Who told me Israel was killing kids? It might have been the 100 000 tons of ordinance you dropped on one of the most densely populated places on earth, where 40% of the population is 14 and under. It might have been all the videos of kids in pieces. It might be the assumption that villages in Lebanon sometimes contains a toddler or two. Fvkn zionists, unbelievable (literally).

I’m sure Inea still calls herself refugee and is on UNRWA’s books waiting for her “right of return.” Also, when the number is 700,000, they’re not called survivors. They left and waited for Arab armies to invade Israel and finish it off. They’re still waiting.

This is a lie. One in three Palestinian refugees, or 250,000 men, women and children, were made refugees by Zionist forces and militias *prior* to May 15th 1948. The Deir Yassin massacre happened more than a month before May 15th 1948.

Mayor Mamdani: the refugees you post about exist because 22 Arab states launched a war to destroy Israel on May 15, 1948—rejecting the UN plan that also called for a Palestinian state. In its aftermath, 800,000 Jews were expelled from Arab lands. Your post mentions none of this.

You have to do better with that brand new $1 billion CAD propaganda budget. Arabs rejected the "two-state solution" in 1947 because it gave 55% of the land to the Jews who at that time owned only 7%. Arab armies "invaded" only after months of Jewish terror depopulating dozens of Palestinian villages and neighbourhoods. Doesn't everyone know that by now? Read "The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine" by Israeli historian Ilan Pappe.
