Before you kill Rwanda, Rwanda will strike first. The way you see us here, we cannot die twice. Whether it is us adults, or our younger generation, no one will kill them twice. It is impossible. President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame have arrived at the Kigali Genocide Memorial, the final resting place of over 250,000 victims of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi. They will mark the official start of the 32nd commemoration period by laying a wreath and lighting the Flame of Remembrance, which will burn for 100 days in honor of the more than one million lives lost.
