In the past 2wks (336h) I spent 300 hours on ER call then drove 6h home. Tomorrow I will drive 13h then be on ER call for 24h again.
How much harder do you suggest I work?

Patients in Northern Ontario already face many barriers to accessing healthcare. Being forced to pay up front hundreds of dollars in travel costs and never being fully reimbursed to receive medically necessary care should not be an added one.
