Just checked Sheffield Arena (TM do their access tickets) and yes! You can now book more than 2 access tickets as well as regular tickets all in the same order!

Finally! Ticketmaster UK (or Co-Op Live) have removed the ridiculous 2-ticket (1 ticket + carer) limit for disabled gig-goers! Disabled people can officially have disabled friends!

@kasey__moore @brianstelter Same. I'd be tempted to do it for Facebook as a trial boss I barely see anything from actual friends. However, because I have Instagram, it added £3 a month to it. So £6.99/m. I rarely use Instagram but there's no option to pick and choose even though it implies you can...

Probably a long shot but do @TicketmasterUK have an actual phone number to talk to a human? I've had an ongoing support ticket with them since December 2024 because I can't access the tickets I was sent - the gig is Sunday and it's still not resolved. No reply to latest email.

@AOArena Is there a contact number to speak to someone about existing tickets that I can't access?! They were booked over the phone with your Access Team but sent as an SMS from Ticketmaster. Gig is next week and really need to get it sorted! Phone/emails just say to contact AXS!

@seetickets How do I contact you without it being related to an order? You keep blocking me saying I'm using a VPN when I am not so cannot order any tickets, or even look at them! The contact form says I need to use a booking reference....

I have been unable to even look at any tickets, let alone book them on the @TicketmasterUK website for over a week now. Support aren't replying (other than telling me to that the email is legitimate - it's not an email it's the website and app). 1/3
