Afghan women have to kill the men. Everyone keeps reacting to this statement as if it’s a joke, but it is literally the only way out of their situation. Afghan women need to kill as many of the men as possible. The men in the Taliban. And the men not in the Taliban who are benefiting from their suffering. Everyone praises slave rebellions. Slaves are called upon to overthrow their oppressors. Why does nobody recognise female slavery when it is staring them in the face? Afghanistan practices Female Slavery by law. In Afghanistan, men are the Slave Masters. The only path to freedom for Afghan women is not international pressure which has proven useless, it is for Afghan women to rebel and kill their slave masters.

I think our elders didn’t do a good job at modeling how friendship changes from adolescence/young adulthood to 30s and beyond. A lot of us think friendships are supposed to look & feel like they did when we were in high-school & college. & thats just not realistic.

Complaining about nightlife when you *checks notes* choose to live in Soho is like living in South Kensington and complaining about the museums.

Or moving to Hackney and grumbling about creatives. Living in Richmond and hating green space. 

It's all getting a bit silly, isn't it?
